Raymond Kidwell
Director of Business Development - Voice for Pest
Raymond Kidwell brings over three decades of expertise to the pest control industry, making him a recognized leader and veteran in the field. His career began with TruGreen Lawn Care as a Sales Representative before transitioning to Orkin Lawn Care, where he advanced to Branch Manager within 2 years. The cornerstone of Kidwell’s career was his 23-year tenure with McCall Service Inc., a premier pest management provider in the Southeastern United States. Starting as a Sales Representative, he rose to the role of Vice President of Administration, along the way performing every job there is to do in a Pest Control company.Currently, Kidwell serves as Director of Business Development at Voice for Pest, the first and only phone system specifically designed for the pest management industry. He has also been an influential voice in industry organizations, including serving as Chairman of the Copesan Technology Advancement Committee and as a member of the NPMA Technology Committee. His contributions to the Florida Pest Management Association are extensive, with roles such as Regional Director and Chairman of the Education and Behind-the-Scenes Committees.When not shaping the future of pest management, Kidwell enjoys quality time with his fiancé, five grown children, and his beloved cats — though not necessarily in that order.

With a Master’s degree in Marketing and nearly a decade of experience at ATS, Karissa plays a key role in shaping the brand strategy, communications, and market positioning for ATS and its industry-leading platforms. Her work is driven by a passion for connecting innovative technology with the unique needs of service professionals across the pest, lawn, and home services industries.
Brynn Gregory
Marketing Associate - Voice for Pest
Brynn Gregory is a marketing and communications professional with a passion for bringing creative ideas to life. With a background in Communication Studies and Public Relations, Brynn specializes in creating engaging content, developing marketing initiatives, and building meaningful connections within the pest control and home services industries.
In her role with Voice for Pest and Voice for Turf, Brynn works across a variety of marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, webinars, industry events, partnerships, and podcast promotion. She enjoys turning complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging that connects with audiences and strengthens brand presence.
Brynn is known for her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to take an idea from concept to execution. She brings an enthusiastic, collaborative approach to everything she creates and is always looking for new ways to make an impact through communication and marketing.
